If you check the status of your order and see that it has been delivered-it just means that your order has been processed, printed out and has left the Health Department and is in route to being delivered to you.
MAILING NOTICE:
Our certificates are taking over two weeks to reach our customers. Please be patient as we are doing all that we can in the office to get these records out to you as soon as possible. Once they go to the post office, we have no way of tracking your request.

Welcome to the Ripley County Health Department's Vital Statistics online ordering system. Requests will be processed Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The Health Department processes orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, once all information is available.

Birth Certificates
- A copy of your birth certificate is on file in the County in which you were born.
- Birth records prior to 1900 can be found at the Ripley County Historical Society.

Death Certificates
- Certified copies of death certificates can be obtained for individuals that passed away in Ripley County from 1907 to the present.
- All records dated 1882-1907 can be found at the Ripley County Historical Society.
